How do I place a custom order?
_____________________________________

We accept any custom orders.

We would recommend for you to google some interesting fonts/images and send us the inspiration picture. You can always ask us to help you with your design if you are having troubles with finding the right image!

As soon as we receive your inspiration picture we will then confirm the design with a sketch confirming the size, colour and font.

The backing board can be made in 3 different styles. The normal square board, cutting along the shape of the sign or completely removed leaving just the letters behind.

When everything is confirmed and you are happy with the design we will then start the production which can take anywhere between 7 to 10 days.

What is included in the price?

By default you will receive the sign complete with adapter and hanging wires. The sign will come with strategically drilled holes which makes it easy for hanging or mounting.

The adapter supplied with the sign will be the UK version as standard. Please message us if you would like to have the adapter which is being used in your country and we will make sure to sent you the correct one.

You will also receive a free remote which comes with a lot of functions. The remote allows you to dim the sign, turn it off or even set a timer.

All of our signs are made on a clear acrylic board which can be changed into a darker grey if preferred.

*What fonts do you offer?
We offer all fonts. Please let us know which one you want and we will do that for you.

*Do you offer different colours?
Yes we offer a wide variety of colours. Please message us with the colour you have in mind.

*I live in a different country. Can you supply my adapter?
Yes we can. Please let us know which adapter you need and we will make sure to include it for you.

*Can you do mix and match with the colours?
Yes we can. We can do a combination of colours for you. This won’t cost extra.

*How long will this last and does it come with warranty?
The sign should last anywhere between 40.000 to 50.000 hours.
The sign also comes with a 1yr warranty starting from the date it got delivered.

LED Neon flex uses less energy.
LED Neon flex lasts up to 50.000 hours which is the equivalent of leaving it on for 5 years continuously.
LED Neon flex is more durable and is unlikely to break compared to glass neon which is extremely fragile.
LED Neon flex can be remotely controlled with the free remote that we provide.
LED Neon flex stays cool so it’s safe to use on flower walls!
