When I took the garland carefully out of the box, a few flowers fell off, but once I'd unfurled the whole thing and arranged it a bit, it looked great. The individual leaves & flowers look gorgeous, even up close and when it's hanging it'll look perfect. Very pleased

I had to purchase with rush delivery because I ordered exactly two weeks before the wedding and we received it in less than one and a half weeks. Absolutely terrible. We paid over 500$ for a sign that has completely uneven (as well as incomplete) letters!! And when I asked to return, she said she could send another sign (for an additional 80$) which had even WORSE lettering! I wish I could add a photo. Anyway, when trying to return the sign, we found out it would have ACTUALLY cost us about 450$ to ship. Needless to say we are stuck with the sign, and brainstorming ways to camouflage the odd lettering.

Communication with Loana has been amazing. We required a white flower wall with hints of ivory for an event which Loana made especially. Prior to the purchase I was sent pictures of the flowers that would be used in the wall as well as photos of similar walls from previous customers to make sure I was happy before sending the payment. The flower wall arrived in good time and the quality is amazing! You definitely get what you pay for and this flower wall is 100% worth the money. Cannot recommend Loana enough if you’re after a flower wall!

I couldn’t afford real flowers for our arch and these are just what I needed. I did have to do a little twisting and turning so everything laid how I wanted, but that’s fine. My mother loathes fake flowers but I think she’s going to be really surprised at the wedding when I tell her these aren’t fresh!

I hesitated to write this review because the shop owner was responsive and accommodating. She was patient and answered all my questions. She rushed my order without making me pay extra. I removed one star because the arrangement I received wasn’t quite what I expected. The orchids in the listing was were more on display and full. I’m assuming that they used less orchids because i asked for more roses. Since they raised the price from what I paid, I think they gave me less orchids too because they didn’t calculate the price as they should’ve to begin with. It looked like it was just thrown together. Some randomness is good but the way they were put together didn’t look polished. I had to go to Michael’s to get some real touch flowers to rework the pieces.

Great product as described, solid and sturdy. Will look amazing once dressed with drapes and flowers. Great communication from seller too.

Absolutely perfect. Good size, sturdy, cane with a huge wrench to put it together, I was able to put it together in about 10 minuets alone. The arch is gorgeous, well made, and perfect for the end of the aisle at my wedding. Another bride has already placed a claim on it for her wedding after mine as it’s so good!
